Can you really give me a quote over the phone?
For most projects, yes. Tell us what you need, rough dimensions, and a photo if you have one, and we can usually give you a realistic ballpark on the spot. The final price is confirmed after our critical measure appointment.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, estimates are free. For many projects we can give you a rough quote right over the phone, then confirm the final price after we take exact measurements.
How long will my project take?
Most projects run 1 to 15 days from first call to completed installation, depending on the glass and hardware involved. Custom fabrication takes time to do right. We give you a clear timeline up front and keep you posted if anything changes.
What is a critical measure appointment?
It is a dedicated appointment where we take the exact measurements your glass is fabricated from. We schedule it within a one-hour window, not a half-day block, and it is the step that helps make sure your glass fits right the first time.
Why are all sales final?
Because every piece of glass we order is custom-cut and fabricated specifically for your project. It cannot be restocked, resold, or used on another job. That is also why our process is built around precision: we prequalify by phone, take exact measurements at a dedicated appointment, and confirm every detail with you before anything is ordered. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. We collect a deposit after your critical measure, before materials are ordered. The balance is due at completed installation.
What does the warranty cover?
We back our work with a 5-year product and labor warranty. If something we installed fails because of the product or our workmanship, we make it right.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
It depends on the job. Some installations need someone home, others do not. We confirm what is needed when we schedule your install.
Do you offer mobile service for auto glass?
In most cases, yes. For auto glass we can usually come to you with free mobile service, install OEM-quality glass, and have you safely back on the road with a 2-hour drive-away time. Call with your year, make, and model for a quote.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes. We offer same-day and emergency service, including board-ups, when availability allows. If your glass breaks, call 919-520-4447 first.
