Custom Glass Order Policy
All glass is custom. All sales are final. Every piece of glass ordered by Maven Glass LLC is cut and fabricated specifically for your project. Custom glass cannot be restocked or resold. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Our process is designed to protect you from surprises: we prequalify projects by phone, take exact measurements at a dedicated critical measure appointment, and confirm every detail with you before any order is placed.
Deposits
A deposit is collected after your critical measure appointment and before materials are ordered. The remaining balance is due upon completed installation.
Measurements
Final dimensions are determined by our critical measure appointment. Measurements provided by phone, text, or email are used for rough quoting only and are not fabrication dimensions.
Warranty
Maven Glass LLC provides a 5-year product and labor warranty on our installations. The warranty covers product defects and workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, settling structures, or alterations by others.
Safety
Client safety is our top priority. We follow safety-first practices on every job site and install code-appropriate safety glass where required.
Design Previews and Mockups
Any design previews or concept visualizations we share are planning tools to help you compare options before ordering. They are illustrations, not photographs of completed work. All photographs presented as completed Maven Glass projects are real photos of real jobs.
Service Limitations
Maven Glass LLC provides glass fabrication, installation, and repair services. We do not provide general handyman services, painting, or trades outside of glass work.
